The consultation will be structured into four focused sessions, combining both theoretical and practical aspects of acquiring and renting investment properties. During these sessions, I will demonstrate specific strategies to acquire properties under highly favourable conditions. Should you be interested and willing, we will conduct a detailed analysis of your financial capabilities and propose a tailored plan to build a property portfolio within two years.

To ensure you gain the most from our meeting, the consultation is structured as a two-day training session, lasting between 14 and 16 hours. This format allows us to thoroughly explore both the theoretical and practical aspects of acquiring and renting investment properties. The training will take place in Žilina.
