The education with Roman Kruzliak exceeded my expectations. Although I already had some knowledge from the podcasts that Roman is on, I learned a lot of information that will make my investment in education pay off many times over. Roman is a genius in the way he searches for properties and I really like how he understands the needs of the sellers and is able to find common ground with them, which leads to mutual satisfaction.

As part of the education, Roman also describes the relationships and stories between himself and the tenants as well as with the sellers. The way she communicates with them is key, as is the way she makes suggestions to sellers and handles their life situations. Overall, the education has been very enriching and inspiring for me and I feel a great sense of excitement about taking my investing to the next level.
