I have been toying with the idea of investing in real estate for a long time and have been following several real estate investors on the Czech scene. There must be some in Slovakia, I told myself, and I found Roman. His experience , advice and practices helped me to look at the real estate market with completely different eyes, how important it is to buy a property well, how to find a good tenant and take care of him and to know a lot of necessary numbers and indicators if we are really doing it right.
