Roman Kruzliak’s two-day course was a huge benefit for me as a beginner in real estate investing. Roman clearly and comprehensibly explained the whole process – from buying to renting investment properties, drawing on his own practical experience. He also explained all the options on how to properly finance an investment and pointed out the potential pitfalls of renting, along with tips on how to avoid them. I appreciated his professional but friendly approach and his willingness to answer any questions. The course has given me the confidence and knowledge I need to invest successfully.
I would definitely recommend this course and although the price may be higher, I believe that by capitalising on the knowledge I have gained, I will see a full return on my first investment.
